Orders
  • How do I order?
  • Shop your desired items and add them to your shopping cart. When you are done, you may proceed to checkout on your shopping cart. Do check and make sure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases.

  • I have problem adding items to my shopping cart.
  • You will be able to add the items as long as there are available or contact our customer service team for further assistance.

  • The style / size / colour I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked ?
  • KXL launches new products from time to time. If an item is out of stock, email us at  kxl.mas@gmail.com and we will be sure to assist you.

  • How do I pay for my orders? What are the payment methods?
  • We accept online bank transfer, credit card and debit card payment such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express via secured payment gateway provided by FPX.

  • How do I know if my order is confirmed?
  • After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email from us to confirm that your orders have been placed .However, do note that the orders will only be shipped when your payment has been successfully processed and the billing and delivery address are verified. Alternatively, you may check your order status in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

  • How do I check my order status?
  • You may check your order status easily through your account page under “My Orders” section, you will be able to see all your order details, delivery status and delivery tracking number once it has been shipped.

  • I have a voucher code, how can I use it?

    Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to checking out. Please make sure that the voucher code is correctly filled before checking out.

  • How do I learn about your upcoming promotion?

  • How do I get value-buy discount? DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS on additional purchases?

    Our e-commerce store is built-in with smart auto-discount system – the more you buy the more discount you’ll get! No discount code is needed. All your discount will automatically be calculated and shown in your shopping cart at the checkout page.

Shipping & Delivery

We provide both Local Delivery (Malaysia) and International Delivery via our trusted logistic partners.

  • Local Delivery (Malaysia) Charges
    We provide FREE standard delivery to any address within Peninsular Malaysia. An additional of RM9 shipping cost will be added to delivery to East Malaysia.
  • International Delivery Charges
    International shipping is based on shipping method, the number of items purchased, the weight of the items, and the destination country. Please contact us by sending us a message on Whatsapp once you have made your purchases. We will then proceed with your delivery matters accordingly. Please NOTE that it is important to contact us to make further arrangement for international deliveries. For all international orders, you will have to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws.
  • Cash and carry
    You may collect your goods and make payment at our showroom. However, this is by appointment only. Please drop us an email or send us a message via Whatsapp to make an appointment.
  • When will my order be processed?
    All orders will be processed within one working day (excluding weekends and public holidays) according to Kuala Lumpur’s local time (UTC/GMT +8 hours).
  • How long does it take for to receive my order?
    The standard courier delivery takes about 1-3 working days. International delivery takes about 3-5 working days depending on the location.
  • How can I track my delivery?
    Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email together with tracking number will be sent to you. You may keep track of the delivery status with your tracking number.
  • Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
    We are unable to redirect orders once your order has been shipped. However if your order is still under processing stage, you may contact us and our customer service team will assist you.
  • I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
    You may check the status of your parcel via “Track your order” to find out why it might have been delayed. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at  kxl.mas@gmail.com and we will assist you further.
Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience with KXL. Just in case, for any reason that you are not, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused merchandise for an exchange within 7 days of purchase, unless specified. Please contact our customer care team if: there is a missing item(s) in your order, or you have received a defective item, or you have received an incorrect item.

    • Is this product really effective?

    • Is there a guarantee results?

    There is no guarantee as this depends on one’s body condition. For example, the result might vary based on the total time of putting on KXL products. It is advisable to wear it on a daily basis for at least 8 hours. You may wear it during your workout sessions for better and consistent results.

    • Will KXL products helps in shaping the body?

    Yes, definitely. Our products are highly effective in enhancing the body shape. It is recommended to purchase two pieces of our products, so you will be able to have another piece available to wear while the other one is washed. This will enhance our products for better results in body shaping.

    • Will KXL products help in reduce weight?

    This is very depending on one’s situation (age, sex, metabolism rate, behaviour, etc). Some customers find their results within 2 weeks while some can find obvious results within months.

    • How to maximize the results of KXL products?

    Sleeping pants: It is recommended to do some light stretching while wearing it to boost for better blood circulation.

    Lightning blaze leggings and leather pants: It is recommended to perform sport activities while wearing it to enhance body sculpting effects.

    • Is KXLproducts safe?

    Yes. Our product is tested & approved by SGS based on global benchmark for quality and integrity.

    • Will KXLproducts cause any discomfort while wearing it?

    KXL fabrics are very light and comfortable, you could even wear it to sleep.

    • Can I wear KXLproducts during menstruation, pregnancy and postpartum stage?

    KXL products are 100% natural and contain no harmful ingredients on human.  However its not recommended to wear KXL products during menstruation and pregnancy as our products boost the blood circulation. If you perform labor delivery, you may start wearing it once lochia has been fully discharged.  If you perform C-section delivery, you may wait for the full recovery of your wound before wearing it. It is recommended to consult with the medical practitioners.

    • Can I use body slimming cream while wearing KXL products ?

    It is not recommended to use both products simultaneously. This is because we are unsure of the contents in the body slimming cream and there is no guarantee on how both the products will react upon each other.

    • Will the effect of the nano capsules decrease?

    Base on clinical trials, with 15-20 washes on 4 consecutive weeks, the ingredients in nano capsules will decrease and left only maximum of 10%. However, you may continue wearing it for further body sculpting effects and as fashionable apparel
